Labrador Quarterly Article

In 2009,  I was asked to submit a biography for the Fall 2009 issue of The Labrador Quarterly, a well respected worldwide magazine for Labrador Enthusiasts.

I'd like to share with you that article as it summarizes the history to the present as of the fall of 2009, behind Sher-Mi Labradors.    

Since this article, I have completed all the many requirements and tests as of 2010, and I am now an AKC licensed judge of the labrador retriever~

NEW JH, UD AND OTCH POINTED!!
Dakota and Janice went from the field to the obedience ring to earn 2 new titles w/in weekends of each other! What a girl and what an owner!
So very proud of you both, Janice!   

NEW CHAMPION!!
Dakota needed 3 single points and she finished up her championship title Aug. 27th/28th in Georgia, going WB/BOW the first day for 2pts and the next day going WB for a major win! 

Dakota wins her 2nd major, a 4 pt major at the labrador supported entry show in Greenville, SC, and earns her RE (rally excellent) title!!  Way to go Dakota!

Owned by Bryan Morris and family earns his JH going 5 for 5 finishing at the DFWLRC hunt test, Dec. 4th/5th! We are proud of him!
